Physical Activity Can Help You Manage Symptoms
Cancer Exercise Programs in Meridian
Anderson Regional’s Cancer Exercise program is designed to help individuals affected by cancer improve their physical fitness, reduce fatigue, and improve overall quality of life. Our experienced trainers and therapists work with each participant to create a personalized exercise plan that is safe and effective. We offer a variety of group fitness classes, as well as individual training sessions.

Exercise can also prevent weight gain. Gaining weight after completing cancer treatment increases the risk of recurrence. This is most common for breast, prostate, and colon cancers. Remaining physically active during and after cancer treatment will make it easier to avoid weight gain.
