The Occupational Therapy team works with people of all ages who need specialized assistance to lead independent, productive, and satisfying lives due to physical, developmental, social or emotional problems providing the highest quality care to making a positive difference for patients and their families.

Occupational Therapy Team

The Occupational Therapy Team includes licensed occupational therapists and licensed occupational therapist assistants (COTA). The team is qualified to handle a wide range of illnesses, injuries and chronic conditions including:

Occupational Therapists

Our experienced, licensed occupational therapist will conduct a complete evaluation before developing a customized program to help you:

  • Build your physical endurance and strength
  • Compensate for vision and memory loss
  • Learn methods to relieve pain
  • Perform activities of daily living (ADLs) such as:
    • Bathing
    • Cooking/eating
    • Dressing
    • Driving
    • Using a computer
    • Daily chores without re-injury
    • Regain manual dexterity
    • Simplify work and conserve energy with creative adaptations
    • Use adaptive equipment to make everyday activities easier

We also offer training and guidance for family members and caregivers.
