If you require frequent infusions of medication, Anderson Regional Medical Center offers outpatient infusion that allows patients to receive infusion therapy without hospitalization, restrictions on activity or home IV therapy. While experienced registered nurses provide your personalized treatment, you can relax in a recliner in a comfortable, quiet environment and watch a favorite movie or program, listen to music, read or rest your eyes.

Services We Offer

During infusion or IV therapy, medications or fluids are delivered directly into your body through a thin catheter or needle. To help ensure maximum safety, electronic computerized pumps control the rate of the infusion so that you get just the right amount of medicine or fluids in the right amount of time.

Infusion or IV treatments may be prescribed by your physician to treat a variety of conditions, including:

  • Congestive heart failure
