Meridian Oncology Associates has an office conveniently located on the 2nd floor of Anderson Regional Cancer Center, which is named in honor of John C. Radiation Oncology

At Anderson Regional Cancer Center, we utilize radiation oncology techniques including TomoTherapy, image-guided radiation therapy (IGRT) and intensity-modulated radiation therapy (IMRT) to precisely deliver radiation to tumors. We feature the ONLY TomoTherapy system in Mississippi. These procedures accurately target the tumor and tissues at risk for cancer, while sparing adjacent normal tissue. Our Center performs stereotactic radiosurgery (SRS) and stereotactic radiotherapy (SRT) using our innovative BrainLAB software. R. Scott Anderson, MD, FACR, is the head of the Anderson Regional Cancer Center Radiation Oncology department.
